In this paper, a description, and analysis of novel 3-D dimension hyperchaotic system is implemented. The proposed oscillation two-order autonomous consisted nine-term symmetric w.r.t x-axis. It proved by Kaplan-York dimension, waveform analysis, phase portrait, Lyapunov exponent. This work-study stability equilibrium point Routh criteria produced that the new has one unstable from type saddle-focus point. One characteristics since two large than zero. applied to generate chaotic (S-box) based in advanced encryption standard (AES) algorithm for text gives high level security. addition S-box. Therefore. satisfied randomness entropy value passes National Institute Standards Technology (NIST) parameters another test. Mathematica MATLAB programs simulated some results.
